Taher’s recognition reflects a career spanning more than 37 years across the global financial and commercial sectors.

The annual Forbes Middle East Top 100 CEOs list celebrates prominent business leaders who are shaping the region’s corporate landscape and leading organisations with significant scale, influence and impact. The ranking brings together senior executives from across key industries in the Middle East, highlighting their leadership and the performance and development of the organisations they lead.

Taher’s recognition reflects a career spanning more than 37 years across the global financial and commercial sectors. In 2005, he founded MultiBank Group in California and has since overseen its growth into a global financial institution with a presence across 100 countries, serving more than two million institutional and retail clients and recording daily trading volumes exceeding $35 billion.

Under his leadership, MultiBank Group has also built an extensive international regulatory footprint, holding licences from more than 18 financial regulators across five continents.
