Loyalty Methods Achieves ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Certification, Strengthening Enterprise Security Assurance
Independent certification of the information security management system supporting ReactorCX builds on the company's annual SOC examinations and ongoing third-party security testing.
IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Loyalty Methods Corp., provider of the ReactorCX enterprise loyalty platform, today announced that it has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for the information security management system supporting the design, development, operation, and support of ReactorCX. The certification adds internationally recognized, independent validation to a multi-year security and compliance program that includes annual SOC 2 Type II examinations, publicly available SOC 3 reports, and annual third-party penetration testing.
Enterprise loyalty platforms operate at the intersection of member identity, transaction history, rewards balances, partner-funded value, and integrations with payment, commerce, CRM, and identity systems. For organizations that run business-critical loyalty programs on ReactorCX, the certification provides additional assurance that Loyalty Methods manages information security risk through a structured system of governance, accountability, controls, and continuous improvement.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 defines the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system across people, processes, and technology.
“Enterprise buyers evaluate more than platform capability. They assess whether organizations behind the technology can operate with the discipline, transparency, and resilience required of a long-term partner,” said Emil Sarkissian, CEO of Loyalty Methods Corp. “ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification extends the independent assurance we provide through our SOC program and reflects our continued investment in the security foundation supporting ReactorCX. As customer loyalty ecosystems become larger and more interconnected, we will continue strengthening that foundation alongside them.”
ReactorCX runs on a cloud-native, single-tenant architecture, with each customer program deployed in its own isolated environment. Platform security practices include encryption of data in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls, continuous monitoring, documented incident response, and tested business-continuity and disaster-recovery processes.
The certification covers the information security management system supporting the design, development, operation, and support of the ReactorCX SaaS platform (certificate no. US26071501). The certificate was issued by LMS Assessments Limited, under accreditation from the United Accreditation Foundation (UAF), on July 15, 2026, and is valid through July 14, 2027.
The ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate and Loyalty Methods' public SOC 3 report are available through the company's Trust Center at trustcenter.loyaltymethods.com. Full SOC 2 Type II reports are available to customers and prospective customers under a non-disclosure agreement.
