Both bring extensive experience in workers’ compensation, managed care, client service, and strategic account leadership.

Jauregui joins HOMELINK as a national account manager and currently manages five accounts. He has extensive experience managing national and regional accounts across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and workers’ compensation industries. Before joining HOMELINK, Jauregui held a similar role with Healthesystems, where he managed large-scale customer relationships and supported ancillary service programs.

Tickner has also developed products and services that respond to market trends and client needs, with a focus on adoption and measurable outcomes for clients.
