PHINIA Board Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.30 per Common Share

AUBURN HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PHINIA Inc. (NYSE: PHIN), a diversified, industrial supplier and global leader in the development of fuel systems, electrical systems, and aftermarket solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.30 per common share, payable on September 18, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2026.
