PowerFlex and The Mobility House North America Combine to Create North America's Leading Fleet Charging and Energy Management Platform

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PowerFlex, a leading provider of intelligent energy management, EV charging, solar, and storage solutions, today announced the acquisition of The Mobility House North America through a share exchange transaction. As part of the transaction, The Mobility House will become a minority shareholder in the combined business.

The acquisition brings together two pioneers in smart charging and fleet electrification, creating a stronger platform to support the accelerating transition to electric transportation across North America. The combined organization will offer customers a broader suite of software, energy, and infrastructure solutions while advancing the shared vision of enabling cleaner, more flexible electric grids through intelligent charging and bidirectional energy technologies.

By joining forces, the companies will expand the solutions available to customers across a wider range of fleet applications. The Mobility House’s expertise in bidirectional charging will help accelerate the development and deployment of vehicle-to-grid and vehicle-to-building capabilities, further supporting the companies’ vision of transforming electric vehicles into flexible grid resources.
