Taiwan Expo USA Opens 2026 Business Matchmaking Registration After 2025 Program Generated $96 Million in Potential Procurement Value

Expanded program will connect qualified U.S. buyers with more than 100 Taiwanese suppliers ahead of September 9 deadline, while advancing broader U.S.-Taiwan trade and investment

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Building on the success of 2025’s Business Matchmaking Program, which generated $96 million in potential procurement value, Taiwan Expo USA is opening registration for its expanded 2026 program. Designed to strengthen commercial ties between the United States and Taiwan, the program will connect qualified U.S. buyers with more than 100 Taiwanese suppliers across Intelligent Automation, Urban Resilience, Future Mobility, Smart Energy, Smart Healthcare, AI Manufacturing, and Food, Beverage & Lifestyle Products.

“This program exists because our suppliers are ready to do business, not just showcase products.”

Organized by Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) and International Trade Administration (TITA) and hosted by Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), Taiwan Expo USA 2026 will take place September 24–26, 2026, at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD). Now in its third U.S. edition, the Expo serves as a premier platform connecting American businesses with Taiwan’s leading manufacturers, technology providers, and service companies, reinforcing Texas’ role as a strategic gateway for U.S.–Taiwan trade and investment.

The program is designed for U.S. companies seeking to identify new suppliers, evaluate sourcing options, and build new commercial partnerships. Through dedicated 30-minute meetings, buyers and Taiwanese suppliers can engage in focused discussions about procurement needs, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and supply-chain requirements aligned with their business objectives.

This year’s participating suppliers include industry leaders such as CyberLink, MiTAC Digital, Micro-Star International (MSI), ONYX Healthcare, Recharge Power Co., Ltd., Aeolus Robotics, as well as Taiwan’s Ministry of Agriculture, alongside dozens of manufacturers offering scalable production capabilities across multiple sectors.

The matchmaking format provides a structured setting for pre-arranged, business-focused meetings. Across three days, each participating company can schedule up to 27 dedicated meetings, contributing to more than 2,700 total buyer–supplier sessions focused on sourcing, procurement, and business development opportunities. The program is open to established U.S. importers and procurement organizations with demonstrated purchasing authority or capacity.

“This program exists because our suppliers are ready to do business, not just showcase products,” said the Taiwan Expo USA team. "Instead of spending days searching for the right contacts, U.S. buyers arrive with scheduled meetings, suppliers who understand their sourcing needs, and dedicated time to explore meaningful business opportunities. That's what makes this program so valuable."

Registration and Buyer Incentives

Registration is open now for U.S. buyers, with a matchmaking deadline of September 9, 2026. Buyers are encouraged to register early, as preferred meeting times with in-demand suppliers are limited. Commercial buyers who pre-register online will unlock five entries into the Lucky Draw for a round-trip ticket to Taiwan. They will also receive a premium Buyer’s Gift Bag, redeemable at the on-site registration desk while supplies last. General Expo visitor registration remains open with no deadline.

With more than 100 Taiwanese suppliers expected to participate, qualified U.S. buyers are invited to apply for the 1-on-1 Business Matchmaking Program and connect with export-ready Taiwanese companies across a range of high-growth industries. Additional information on participation requirements and registration is available at Taiwan Expo USA 2026.
