Product and fintech veteran brings 20+ years scaling ambitious consumer and B2B financial services offering

Mr. Bowlby brings more than 20 years of product leadership in consumer and B2B fintech, with a consistent track record of taking ambitious ideas to market and scaling them into durable businesses.

In his role as Chief Product & Strategy Officer, he will define and execute the company’s product strategy and roadmap, partnering closely with leadership and the board to drive innovation and guide the next phase of growth. He will focus on deepening ConsumerDirect’s offerings and expanding its reach across the company’s subscription-based business.

Mr. Bowlby most recently served as Chief Product & Technology Officer at IDCentriq, where he defined and drove the product strategy for a biometric identity platform, marketplace, and payment scheme built for seamless, high-assurance payments. Earlier in his career, he led the product behind PayPal's "Buy Now, Pay Later" offering, which grew to more than 150 million active monthly loans. At Temenos, he repositioned a packaged software business as a SaaS company, a product and go-to-market transformation that moved the business from a $2M+ loss to $80M+ in revenue and brought Canada's first cloud-based core banking platform to market. He holds a degree from Penn State University in Information Sciences and Technology.
