Haber Law Partner Daniel Jovanov Earns Florida Bar Board Certification in Construction Law

Certification brings the Firm's total to five attorneys who are Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Haber Law, a leading Miami-based law firm focused on Complex Business Litigation, Construction Law, Condominium Association and HOA Law, and Real Estate and Transactional Law, is pleased to announce that Partner Daniel Jovanov has earned Board Certification in Construction Law from The Florida Bar, bringing the Firm's total to five attorneys who are Florida Bar Board Certified in Construction Law.

Board Certification is The Florida Bar's highest level of evaluation of an attorney's competency and experience within a particular area of law. To become Board Certified in Construction Law, attorneys must satisfy rigorous standards established by The Florida Bar, including substantial involvement in construction law, peer review, continuing legal education, and successful completion of a written examination.

In Florida, there are only 493 Board Certified Construction Law attorneys - five of whom practice at Haber Law.

Jovanov focuses his practice on construction and commercial litigation, representing developers, contractors, owners, community associations, and suppliers in state court, federal court, and arbitration. His experience includes lien claims, payment and performance bond claims, contract disputes, construction and design defect claims, delay claims, property disputes, replevin actions, Fair Labor Standards Act claims, and matters involving both public and private construction projects.

Before becoming an attorney, Jovanov earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University and worked in the construction industry. His engineering background and experience provide clients with valuable technical insight into complex construction matters.
