Kalon Aesthetics Appoints Mike Burke as Chief Executive Officer; Todd DeYoung Named Executive Chairman

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kalon Aesthetics, a leading provider of premium aesthetic services, today announced a change in leadership. Mike Burke will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, and Todd DeYoung, who previously served as CEO, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board.

This leadership structure positions Kalon Aesthetics for its next phase of growth, leveraging Mr. Burke's operational expertise alongside Mr. DeYoung's strategic vision and deep industry relationships.

Burke brings 20 years of experience in healthcare operations to the CEO role. Prior to joining Kalon Aesthetics, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Division President at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers. He has been with Kalon Aesthetics since 2022, most recently serving as President.

Mr. DeYoung has led Kalon Aesthetics since 2023, growing the company from infancy to an organization that supports 30 Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons operating in 14 Locations across 5 States. In his new role as Executive Chairman, he will focus on board governance, strategic partnerships, and mergers & acquisitions.
