Schuster will lead product strategy and development across Illumia’s portfolio, prioritizing client outcomes in every product decision. He will guide efforts to simplify essential workflows and apply AI in ways that give clients clearer, more useful insights. His approach will build on Illumia’s commitment to client-led development by engaging the people closest to the work early and using their input to shape solutions grounded in real operational needs.

“Eric has spent his career building enterprise products that earn broad adoption and scale with the organizations they serve,” said Greg Brown, CEO of Illumia. “His leadership will help us move faster by strengthening how our products work together, creating a more seamless, intuitive client experience across the Illumia portfolio.”

“The strongest products are built with the people closest to the work,” said Eric Schuster. “Illumia’s client-led design sprints bring those users into the process early, allowing teams to test ideas, understand the operational need and shape solutions with greater focus. I look forward to building on that approach as we advance a more unified, intelligent product experience.”

Schuster brings more than 20 years of product and technology leadership in enterprise software. He most recently served as a Chief Product Officer at ADP, where he led product strategy for ADP Workforce Now, a human capital management platform serving more than 90,000 companies. His work included advancing the platform’s AI strategy and ADP Assist, an AI-powered product that helps employees and managers complete tasks and access support directly within the platform.

Before ADP, Schuster spent nearly 15 years at Ceridian, now Dayforce, where he served as vice president of Dayforce product management during the company's evolution from legacy payroll provider to cloud HCM platform.
