The financing reflects continued investor confidence in the company’s commercial momentum, with new investor B Capital joining Bessemer Venture Partners, Micron, MediaTek, Ericsson, ScOp, and other existing investors.

This financing follows a strong first half of 2026, during which ChipAgents saw 6x growth in ARR and deployed to more than 120 semiconductor companies including MediaTek and Micron.
