Rob Brian brings more than 15 years of dental industry experience to Menlo Dental Transitions, where he will advise dentists throughout Utah and the surrounding region.

TEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rob Brian has joined Menlo Dental Transitions as Vice President of Practice Sales. In his role, he will advise dentists throughout Utah and the surrounding region on practice transitions, valuations, growth planning, and ownership opportunities.

Brian brings more than 15 years of experience in the dental industry, with a background spanning dental equipment, practice design, clinical environments, implants, surgical solutions, and practice expansion projects. Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships with dentists, dealers, contractors, consultants, and financial professionals, helping practices operate more efficiently and position themselves for long-term success.

Brian began his dental career with DENTSPLY Professional, spending five years specializing in handpieces and Cavitron hygiene systems. He later joined Henry Schein Surgical Solutions, where he focused on dental implants, surgical equipment, and regenerative products.

Most recently, Brian spent more than a decade with Midmark Corporation as a Territory Portfolio Manager, partnering with dental practices throughout the Mountain West to design, equip, and modernize clinical environments. His experience includes operatory design and layout, cabinetry configuration, sterilization centers, mechanical rooms, and practice expansion projects, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the factors that drive practice value and success.
