Centauri Marks First Anniversary of CMS Health Technology Ecosystem with General Availability, Triple-Digit Growth

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Centauri Health Solutions today announced that MedAllies, a Centauri company, has achieved General Availability (GA) as a CMS Aligned Network, marking one year since joining the White House pledge to build the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' (CMS) Health Technology Ecosystem. GA confirms that MedAllies' identity verification, consent management and data exchange protocols are performing reliably at national scale, not in pilot environments, but under sustained, real-world consumer demand.

As one of the original 21 networks that pledged at the White House “Make Health Tech Great Again” event a year ago, MedAllies successfully demonstrated its platform to Health and Human Services (HHS) officials at the April 9 First Wave Launch Event. On July 27, MedAllies joined HHS and CMS leadership and hundreds of ecosystem participants in Washington, D.C. to celebrate the initiative’s growth from 60 founding organizations to more than 800 today.

What began as a pledge and an early-stage demonstration has become one of the fastest-scaling consumer data exchange stories in the ecosystem. Since showcasing its platform at HHS, MedAllies’ Consumer Access services have gone from pilot volumes to tens of thousands of consumer-initiated transactions every month, proof that when patients are given a real, friction-free way to reach their own health data, they use it.
