Important notice to Shareholders of Xtrackers

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FORMER SHAREHOLDERS OF THE TERMINATED SUB-FUND:

Xtrackers MSCI Europe Energy ESG Screened UCITS ETF

ISIN: LU0292101796

(the “Sub-Fund”)

Luxembourg, 23 July 2026

Further to the Notice to Former Shareholders of the terminated Sub-Fund (the “Former Shareholders”) published on 15 June 2026, which informed Former Shareholders that a residual amount would be paid to them on or around 29 June 2026 (the "Original Notice”), the Former Shareholders are hereby informed that there is a minor error in the Residual Amount per Share announced in the Original Notice.

The correct Residual Amount per Share is set out in the table below:

As a result of the error described above, the residual payment was not made on or around 29 June 2026 as originally indicated in the Original Notice. The Residual Amount will be paid to the former Shareholders of the Sub-Fund on or around 6 August 2026 by way of payment to the Common Depositary Nominee for onwards payments to the ICSDs.

For the avoidance of doubt, the contents of the Original Notice were otherwise correct.

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”), unless the context otherwise requires.

This notice is for information purposes only. Former Shareholders are not required to take any action.
