Schmidt joins i2c with nearly two decades of experience spanning operations, investing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate finance across financial services. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at American Banknote Corporation, an international payment card manufacturer operating across the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
