Next 15 Group plc announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 271,140 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company (‘Ordinary Shares’) to be admitted to AIM.

An application has been made in respect of the Ordinary Shares to be issued as consideration in connection with the vesting of long-term incentives in relation to M. Booth & Associates LLC.

These new Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective by 28 July 2026.

Following the issue and allotment of these new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company will have 102,131,239 Ordinary Shares in issue. No shares are held in treasury.
