This integration makes Apartment List a performance-based leasing option in the AppFolio Stack™ Marketplace – property teams pay when a lease is signed, not for clicks or leads. AppFolio customers can now find Apartment List in the AppFolio Stack™ Marketplace, learn more, and express interest ahead of launch. Once the full integration is live, the pay-per-lease solution will be available directly within Stack with a self-service path that requires no additional setup or new platform to learn.
