Share

The event will provide an in-depth review of Datavault AI’s strategic roadmap and showcase the Company’s progress toward building one of the industry’s first institutional-grade blockchain ecosystems for AI-powered data monetization and tokenization.

Key topics to be presented include:

  • Live demonstration of the Information Data Exchange® (IDE)
  • Updates on the expansion of Datavault AI’s SanQtum distributed GPU edge network
  • Details on the Company’s pending acquisition of NYIAX and its planned technology integration into Datavault AI’s exchange platform

“We believe August 4 will represent an important milestone in Datavault AI’s evolution,” said Nathaniel T. Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI. “As we continue building the infrastructure for tokenized assets, we look forward to demonstrating our vision for how our integrated technology platform will combine artificial intelligence, blockchain and cybersecurity into a unified ecosystem. We are excited to provide investors with a firsthand look at the technologies that we expect will define the future of digital commerce.”

Datavault AI has built a large portfolio of patented technologies designed to help owners of physical assets, intellectual property and proprietary data authenticate, value, digitize and monetize those assets. Datavault AI’s platform combines AI-powered valuation, blockchain-based tokenization and digital-twin technology with exchanges designed for the licensing and trading of data, commodities, other real-world assets, sports and entertainment rights and advertising.

Current and near-term planned tokenization programs span gold, copper, tin, diamonds, rare earth and strategic minerals, carbon credits and real estate, as well as sports and entertainment assets including name, image and likeness (‘NIL’) rights and other intellectual property rights.

Datavault AI has entered into multiple, separate, tokenization agreements covering real-world assets with an estimated combined value of $800 million. Across these agreements, the Company estimates it may recognize nearly $100 million in fees in 2026 as the underlying assets are tokenized and the related services are performed. The Company continues to target at least $200 million in revenue in 2026. At the Analyst Day, management plans to discuss how the Company’s tokenization agreements signed to date are expected to result in recognized fees; the planned commercialization of the IDE, the International Elements Exchange and the NYIAX advertising exchange; the expansion of the Company’s SanQtum distributed GPU edge network; and the Company’s growing pipeline of tokenization, licensing and data-monetization opportunities.

The event will feature an in-depth update on Datavault AI’s infrastructure strategy, including the planned integration of the NYIAX exchange platform into the IDE ecosystem. Management will discuss how NYIAX, together with the Company’s expanding network of infrastructure and technology partners, is expected to support a secure, AI-enabled marketplace for the valuation, licensing, tokenization and exchange of digital assets.

An anticipated highlight of the day will be a live demonstration of Datavault AI’s exchanges. Attendees will be among the first to see the platforms that bring tokenized assets to market. Management plans to lay out the path to commercial ‘go-live’ of these platforms in the second half of 2026. Built to license and trade data, commodities, sports and entertainment rights, advertising and other real-world assets, the exchanges mark the Company’s shift from signing tokenization agreements to operating the marketplaces that monetize them.

Management will also provide a more comprehensive picture of Datavault AI’s quantum-ready GPU edge network, built on Available Infrastructure’s SanQtum AI platform. The first GPU edge network sites went live in New York and Philadelphia in April 2026, and the Company plans to scale toward a fleet of roughly 48,000 GPUs across more than 100 U.S. cities at 1,000 sites by the end of 2026, with anticipated full commercial availability beginning in the third quarter of 2026. The network is designed for low-latency AI inference and high-performance computing on a cyber-secure, zero-trust, quantum-resistant architecture as it runs Datavault AI’s data valuation, scoring and IDE tokenization at the network edge.

The event will conclude with a question-and-answer session featuring members of the Company’s executive leadership team.
