The acquisition strengthens JM Test’s position as a comprehensive service provider by expanding its technical capabilities, deepening its calibration footprint, and extending its geographic presence into the central United States.

Alltite has built a strong reputation for excellence in calibration, torque equipment solutions, and on-site field service. Its capabilities include hydraulic torque tool calibration, precision measurement, and field service support for customers across industries such as energy, power generation, manufacturing, and oil and gas. Operating from its Wichita headquarters, Alltite serves customers throughout the central United States with a focus on responsive service and technical depth.
