Sterlington Advises Management Team of Aligned Data Centers on Completion of its Landmark US$40 Billion Transaction

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sterlington advised the management team of Aligned Data Centers on the sale of the company to a consortium of investors. The transaction has closed and implies an Aligned enterprise value of approximately $40 billion, making it the largest data center acquisition in history.

Sterlington advised Aligned's management on all aspects of the transaction, including the bespoke equity arrangements and compensation matters.
