G.S. Precision Inc. Announces Official Rebranding to Global Precision to Reflect Strategic Growth and Expanded Capabilities

BRATTLEBORO, Vt.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--G.S. Precision, a leading manufacturer of complex, highly engineered components for mission-critical aerospace, defense, and emerging technologies, today announced its official corporate rebranding to Global Precision.

The new name marks a major milestone in the company’s 68-year history, reflecting its rapid evolution from a regional manufacturer into a vertically integrated, international manufacturing platform. The transition to Global Precision unifies the company's expanding footprint, which now includes five divisions and eleven global centers of excellence spanning North America, Asia, and Europe.

Strategic Alignment with Global Footprint

The rebrand follows a period of aggressive strategic growth and market expansion under the ownership of private equity firm AE Industrial Partners. Most recently, the company expanded its specialized capabilities and international presence through the key acquisitions of Headwater Precision in the United States and Lush Heat Treatment LTD in the United Kingdom.

"Our transformation into Global Precision is the natural next step in our growth strategy," said James R. Callan, Chief Executive Officer. "For nearly seven decades, we have built a reputation for unmatched quality and technological innovation. As Global Precision, our name now fully aligns with our scaled footprint, our advanced multi-national manufacturing capabilities, and our vision to be the most trusted global partner for mission-critical precision components."

Unchanged Commitment to Quality and Partnerships

While the corporate identity is changing, the company emphasizes that its core ownership, leadership team, and operational philosophy remain entirely intact. Global Precision will continue to operate from its corporate headquarters in Brattleboro, Vermont, maintaining its foundational commitments to its customers, employees, and community partners.

The brand rollout will take place over the coming months.
