Previously, she was Chief Legal Officer at Collibra, where she helped scale the company's legal organization during a period of more than fivefold annual recurring revenue growth. Throughout her career, Rosen has led complex mergers and acquisitions, commercial strategy, corporate governance, securities compliance, intellectual property, privacy, and the development of high-performing legal organizations built to support rapidly growing global businesses.
