DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Convey, the engagement operating system for utilities and regulated industries, today announced the appointments of Jim Hansen as Chief Product Officer and Britta Hormann as Chief of Staff, further strengthening the company's executive leadership team as it continues to scale its business and accelerate innovation.

As Chief Product Officer, Hansen will lead Convey's product organization, driving product strategy, and roadmap execution across the company’s product and solution portfolio.

Hansen brings decades of experience building and scaling enterprise software products. He has a strong track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions across SaaS and cloud-based platforms, with deep expertise spanning product management, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership.

Hansen will oversee Convey’s full product organization, including product management, product design, and product strategy. His leadership will drive continued investment in Convey’s product capabilities, enabling deeper automation, smarter workflows, and more personalized customer engagement for utilities and regulated industries. Prior to joining Convey, Hansen served as Chief Product Officer at Advantive, where he led product strategy across a portfolio of distribution and manufacturing software solutions. He previously held senior product leadership roles at SolarWinds, AlienVault, and Splunk, and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Hormann brings nearly 15 years of experience in private equity-backed B2B software, with a proven track record of cross-functional leadership, scaling operations, and driving growth. Prior to Convey, she held Chief of Staff roles at Mitratech, ST6 Partners, and Red Canary, where she led strategic transformations, supported M&A integration, and established executive operating rhythms to improve alignment and execution.
