Transaction in own shares and completion of the Share Buyback Programme
Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. (the “Company”) announces that between 03 July – 06 July 2026, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme announced by the Company on 17 November 2025 (the “Share Buyback Programme”), it has purchased the following Non-voting ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each (“Non-voting Shares” and the “Purchased Shares”) in the Company through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited (“Stifel”) on the London Stock Exchange.
The Share Buyback Programme ended on 6 July 2026 being the day before the 2026 Annual General Meeting as announced in November 2025. The company purchased 1,471,968 Non-voting Shares for a total consideration of £9.4m during the programme.

The Purchased Shares will be cancelled, following which the Company will have 22,598,787 Non-voting Shares and 38,048,005 A Shares in issue.
