Darryl Davis Seminars Files Federal Trademark Infringement Lawsuit Against Epique Realty

WADING RIVER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. has filed a federal trademark infringement lawsuit against Epique, Inc. d/b/a Epique Realty in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleging unauthorized use of the registered POWER AGENT^® trademark.

The complaint names Epique Realty, a Houston-based virtual brokerage operating in all 50 states, alleging the company adopted the mark and incorporated it into its branding after being notified of the plaintiff's rights and asked to cease use. The lawsuit seeks injunctive relief, disgorgement of profits, treble damages, and attorney's fees.
