Sterlington Advises Clearwater Analytics Management Team on $8.4 Billion Take-Private

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sterlington advised the management team of Clearwater Analytics on the completion of its take-private acquisition by a Permira and Warburg Pincus-led investor group, in a transaction valued at approximately $8.4 billion. The transaction was supported by Francisco Partners, with participation from Temasek.

Sterlington advised the Clearwater management team on the transaction and go-forward equity compensation arrangements.

Clearwater Analytics is an investment management platform built on a single, continuously reconciled investment record. It supports more than $10 trillion in assets globally for insurers, asset managers, hedge funds, banks, corporations, and governments.
