HealthTrust Announces Haley Addis and Brian Moran to Expanded Executive Leadership Roles

Expanded leadership roles strengthen execution, advance operational excellence and deliver measurable value for members

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HealthTrust Performance Group™ (HealthTrust) today announced the promotions of Haley Addis, PharmD, MBA, to Chief of Staff, GPO Operations, and Brian Moran, PharmD, MBA, to Chief Pharmacy Officer, GPO Operations.

Previously Vice President of Strategic Sourcing, Haley Addis will now serve as a strategic advisor and operational leader to the executive team. As Chief of Staff, GPO Operations, she will focus on ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities while driving disciplined execution. Addis will help translate strategy into execution, strengthen cross-functional alignment and advance initiatives that enhance member value and support HealthTrust’s committed model.

Addis has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience across pharmacy, supply chain and operations with a proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across HealthTrust and HCA Healthcare. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Western Governors University Tennessee.

Previously Vice President of Pharmacy, Brian Moran will now serve as Chief Pharmacy Officer, GPO Operations. In this role, Moran will oversee HealthTrust’s pharmacy operations, including sourcing, account management, analytics, clinical services, government relations and member support. Moran will work closely with Young Fried, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Pharmacy Services, to help advance HealthTrust’s pharmacy strategy and ensure alignment across key business segments.

Moran has over 20 years of pharmacy experience across hospital, regional and corporate leadership roles. Under Moran’s leadership, the HealthTrust pharmacy team has delivered measurable financial value for members while expanding key programs, including the Specialty GPO program, and strengthening resiliency initiatives such as the drug shortage program (SIMS). His work has centered on disciplined sourcing strategy, actionable analytics, clinical alignment and operational support to help members navigate medication access, cost and regulatory complexity.
