Boston Financial Announces Bridget McGregor as Chief Financial Officer
Serving as Deputy CFO since 2023, appointment reflects the firm’s confidence in her stewardship
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Boston Financial, the longest-standing syndicator focused exclusively on affordable housing with a portfolio of over $16 billion in equity under management, today announced the appointment of Bridget McGregor as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the executive leadership team. Bridget has over 25 years of experience in real estate and affordable housing. As CFO, she leads financial strategy, accounting and reporting operations.
Bridget has served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer since 2023. Prior to joining Boston Financial, she served as Chief Accounting Officer at GID Investment Advisers, overseeing financial reporting and accounting across multiple investment platforms. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Guggenheim Real Estate and began her career in the Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Bridget holds a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and Maryland.
