GMS Completes the Acquisition of Central Materials

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GMS Inc. (“GMS”) announced today that it has acquired the assets of Central Materials, a leading distributor of stucco, EIFS, stone, masonry and related cladding products with two locations serving South Texas’s Rio Grande Valley.
