GMS Completes the Acquisition of the Assets of Above Interior Distributors, Inc.

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GMS Inc. (“GMS”) announced today that it has acquired Above Interior Distributors, Inc. (“Above Interior”), a leading supplier of specialty acoustical products, ceilings, and related building materials with one location serving the Miami-Dade metro area and South Florida.
