Mr. Young serves as Managing Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional, Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS^®) designee, and Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor^® (ADPA^®). Prior to founding Pierstone, he spent more than two decades advising clients and leading teams at Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Advisors.

Mr. Salton serves as Partner and Director of Business Operations. With more than two decades of leadership experience at globally recognized organizations including Saks Fifth Avenue and Hudson's Bay Company, Mr. Salton is an accomplished business executive known for building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence. His expertise spans business and project management, budget oversight, marketing, analytics, and cross-functional leadership, with a proven track record of implementing strategic process improvements and enhancing organizational efficiency. Mr. Salton brings a disciplined strategic perspective, refined leadership approach, and deep commitment to client experience — ensuring every engagement reflects the same level of thoughtfulness and precision as the financial strategies themselves.
