Klick Health Adds 18 Senior Leaders to Help Life Sciences Brands Move Faster, Think Bigger, and Deliver More Meaningful Health Outcomes
Top talent with strong innovation/technology chops and trusted expertise in oncology and other therapeutic areas make their move to award-winning healthcare agency
TORONTO & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Klick Health today confirmed 18 senior leaders have joined the company to support its ongoing double-digit growth. Today’s announcement comes a week after the independent, global agency was named a Fortune Best Workplace in New York, its sixth workplace culture award already in 2026. It also follows Klick’s #2 ranking in Medical Marketing + Media’s (MM+M) Agency 100 listing, which said Klick, “operates less like a traditional agency and more like a commercialization powerhouse.”
CEO Lori Grant credited the agency’s people-first culture, hacker roots, and entrepreneurial spirit for making Klick the career destination of choice for the industry’s top talent and creating an environment where Klicksters feel safe to experiment, innovate, and do work for healthcare brands that breaks through and enhances patient outcomes.
“As stewards of our clients’ business, we’ve built our reputation around constantly exploring and inventing new ways to make their brands resonate with audiences in relevant and consequential ways,” Grant said. "We’re thrilled to welcome so many accomplished senior leaders to Klick as we continue to uncover new territory and push boundaries to make a meaningful difference in people’s health.”
EXPANDING THE KLICK MEDIVERSE
Chief Medical Officer Holly Henry, PhD, agreed, pointing to Klick’s ongoing work in expanding its Mediverse with seasoned medical communications, medical strategy, and market access experts. "We’re excited to have Shana, Zareen, David, and William join our fast-growing Mediverse as we continue to provide our clients with trusted medical marketing expertise they have come to expect from us."
Shana Gunderson Hua, PharmD, SVP, Content Expert, Market Access
Gunderson Hua brings 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, market access, pricing and reimbursement, payer strategy and rebate contracting, and channel innovation. She joins Klick from Petauri Advisors, where she served as VP, Value & Access, and previously held senior roles at Genentech and Evernorth/Cigna/Express Scripts. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Walgreens and founded Innovative Pharmacy Solutions after earning her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completing residency and fellowship training. She has authored multiple publications on market access, oncology commercialization, and health outcomes research.
“Klick sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and innovation, which is exactly where the next era of commercialization needs to be built,” said Gunderson Hua. “I’m excited to help clients connect benefit design, market access, affordability, channel strategy, and patient support in ways that help convert demand for innovative therapies into access, initiation, and sustained patient impact.”

Recinos has spent more than 15 years focused on medical education, medical communications, and promotional/advertising (HCP and DTC) across a variety of therapeutic areas, including diabetes, inflammation/autoimmune disorders, men's health, neuroscience, oncology, and rare disease. He has a wealth of experience helping develop strategy and sales materials for brands across the lifecycle having worked on over 10 global and U.S. product launches. He has also contributed to awareness campaigns for both health disparities across underrepresented groups and the rising incidence of cancer in young adults.
“I love that Klick truly puts people first. They don’t just talk about it, they put intent and action behind those words,” explained Recinos when asked why he joined the agency. “This shows in its company culture, leadership style, and collaborative and inclusive environment. And, it ultimately translates to people who feel valued and are able to put their all to execute the incredible strategic and creative work they do for their clients.”
William Vecino, MD, VP, Medical Strategy
A physician specialized in allergy and immunology, Vecino joins Klick's Medical team with more than 20 years of agency-side medical communications experience. Previously at Area 23 (IPG Health/Omnicom), he served as SVP, Medical Director.
"Few places pair this depth of in-house medical expertise with such a genuine appetite for innovation,” Vecino said. “I'm energized to help shape how rigorous science and emerging tools come together in service of clinicians and patients."
BOLSTERING CLIENT SUCCESS ACROSS ONCOLOGY, WOMEN’S HEALTH, AND OTHER KEY AREAS
Klick Health President Ari Schaefer welcomed three accomplished client service leaders to its growing Client Success team, each with strong backgrounds serving clients in oncology and other major therapeutic areas, as well as rare disease. “We’re thrilled to welcome Taylor, Steph, and Kristine to Klick and bring our signature gold-standard service and proven expertise to help life sciences clients enhance outcomes for patients.”

With over 20 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, Carman has built her career focused on HCP and consumer audiences across immunology, oncology, rare disease, and women’s health. She has helped launch and grow some of the industry’s most recognized brands, including Dupixent, Oriahnn, Toujeo, and Venclexta, and brings a deep understanding of both the clinical complexity and human emotion behind the brands she supports.
“I wanted to be part of Klick because of the spirit here,” Carman said. “It’s entrepreneurial, innovative, collaborative, passionate, and kind. You can feel it in the creative work and in every conversation across the agency. I’m truly re-energized and excited to continue my learning journey here.”
Kristine Wobschall, VP, Group Account Director
Wobschall joins Klick with more than 20 years of industry experience across agency leadership and client-side brand marketing roles, specializing in oncology and rare disease. She has built and led high-performing teams through full brand lifecycles, from pre-launch strategy through in-line growth and evolving treatment landscapes for both patient and HCP audiences, with particular depth in genitourinary (GU) oncology and rare hematologic malignancies.
"I’m excited to contribute to Klick’s oncology expertise and help build on it within a culture that puts its people first and encourages entrepreneurial thinking,” she said. “I'm also energized by the opportunity to surround myself with the best in the industry and do work that makes a difference for people living with cancer."
ADDING MORE GAME-CHANGING STRATEGY EXPERTISE
Within Klick’s growing Strategy team, Chief Strategy Officer Carl Turner discussed how, for decades, pharma owned the room and controlled all the messages, but that today's brands have to earn their way into the conversation across physicians, patients, creators, journalists, and the AI systems reading all of it. “From narrative strategy to earned influence to operationalized innovation, Em, Corina, Tiffany, and Neil each bring an edge, and together they'll help us pull the market to where Klick is already headed,” said Turner.
Barnes has more than 15 years of experience building award-winning content and integrated marketing programs. She joins Klick after five years at GUT, where she established and scaled the agency’s content discipline in Toronto, then as Head of Social, U.S. There, she helped drive some of the agency’s most celebrated work, including Tim Hortons’ ‘Timbiebs,’ Tinder’s ‘Bot Ballads,’ and Cheetos’ ‘Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle Relaunch.’ Previously, she built the content practice at The Colony Project, contributing to its Strategy PR Agency of the Year win. Earlier, she held roles at Edelman and a number of technology incubators. Her work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, the Effies, The One Show, Clios, Shorty Awards, and more.
“As health decisions increasingly begin in feeds, creator communities, and chats with LLMs, the skills traditionally associated with consumer marketing are becoming essential to healthcare brands,” Barnes commented. “I’m looking forward to helping Klick’s clients build content designed for this new reality.”
Focused on commercial strategy and customer experience innovation, Kellam arrives at Klick with over a decade of expertise in both healthcare and tech-centric growth strategy, with past strategy and experience roles at Ogilvy Health and Real Chemistry. Most recently, she helped drive growth as Head of Marketing at Private Medical, a premium concierge medical practice, and completed a three-month cohort with startup generator Antler, focused on emerging technology, rapid prototyping, and venture creation.
“Klick has built something rare: a culture where sharp strategic thinking, deep collaboration, and practical innovation all move together,” said Kellam. “I’m excited to bring my experience across healthcare, growth, and startup environments to help clients navigate complexity and create new paths for meaningful commercial impact.”
Following a number of senior strategy and client service roles at creative and media healthcare agencies over the last 25 years, Marg brings to Klick a holistic, strategic view of pharma marketing across the entire product lifecycle, from clinical trial recruitment and market shaping, to brand launch and maturity/loss of exclusivity. She is experienced in HCP and patient communications and has worked in immunology, neurology, oncology, pulmonology, rare disease, and other therapeutic areas.
Marg said, "Throughout the interview process, I was impressed by the strength of the talent and culture of the agency. But what really drew me to Klick is the endless innovation that fuels the work produced here, and the limitless potential to impact the lives of the patients we serve."
Mohan brings to Klick 20 years of experience using technology to unlock more effective creativity. He spent five years at Meta in Creative Partnerships, helping creative companies understand how platforms, creators, and culture are reshaping the way people discover, engage with, and share ideas. Previously, he held digital marketing roles at leading global agencies, including BBDO, Ogilvy, and Edelman, and has worked with some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Dove, Facebook, Google, Hellmann’s, HP, Instagram, P&G, PepsiCo, Tim Hortons, and Toyota.
“My career has always been about how tech powers creative impact,” Mohan said. “Today, that means understanding how platforms can help creators and other influencers create work that feels more insightful, more relatable, and more human. Klick is the right place for that next chapter because its AI innovation across every craft, combined with the influence of real people, can make a meaningful difference in so many people’s health decisions.”
GROWING ITS AWARD-WINNING CREATIVE TEAM
Chief Creative Officer Rich Levy reaffirmed Klick’s commitment to cultivate the best Creative team around on the heels of being named Clio Health’s Independent Agency of the Year (for the fourth consecutive year) with 48 trophies, including three Grand Clios. "We're very excited to welcome an industry veteran like Dan to our team as we create more campaigns that turn heads and help save lives."
Dan Cohen, VP, Group Creative Director
Over the last 30+ years, Cohen has created advertising campaigns across numerous healthcare categories, including cardiology, oncology, and rare disease. He joins Klick following creative leadership roles at Area 23 and CDM New York. His healthcare work spans both DTC and HCP, including the highly awarded ‘Good Morning Peyton’ documentary for the National Organization for Rare Disorders; Tamiflu’s much-praised ‘There’s No Such Thing as a Little Flu’ campaign; and, most recently, ‘Toxic Portraits,’ a gout-themed art installation for Amgen’s Krystexxa business.
“For years, I’ve watched Klick grow with the kind of energy and entrepreneurial spirit every creative wants to be around. I’m excited to jump in and help keep that momentum going strong,” said Cohen.
BUILDING MORE MUSCLE IN MEDIA
Klick Media President Ray Rosti highlighted the arrival of three senior media pros to the agency’s thriving Media group. “We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Ben, Bettina, and Matt to the team,” he said. “Their reputations speak for themselves and with their proven leadership in media strategy, planning, SEO, and GEO, they further enable us to set our media clients up for success.”
Benjamin Assor, EVP, Head of Media Strategy & Planning
Assor comes to Klick after more than 20 years working across the IPG network, guiding integrated DTC and HCP media strategy, planning, and activation for some of the world's leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, including AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi, and Teva. Most recently at SOLVE(D), he helped set the vision and ensure a disciplined, strategic, and successful approach to paid media activation across the agency. He also sits on the Industry Advisory Council for POCMA (Point-of-Care Marketing Association).
Assor said, "One of the main reasons I joined Klick was because of the strong culture and reputation for how the agency nurtures and supports its people. I believe that the best work comes from people who feel supported and valued, and Klick embodies that belief."
Bettina Heimrath, SVP, Media Strategy & Planning
A growth-focused media leader with over 25 years of experience, Heimrath joins Klick’s Toronto office after serving as President of Hearts & Science Canada (Omnicom Media) for four years, leading the agency's repositioning and growth. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Spark Foundry and Starcom Mediavest Group, and has led agency accounts in some of the most regulated and complex marketing categories, including pharma (GSK, Sanofi), financial services (TD Bank), and sports/entertainment (Rogers). Earlier in her career, Heimrath spent time on the client side at Unilever.
"What drew me to Klick was the combination of ambitious thinking, entrepreneurial energy, and genuinely great people,” said Heimrath. “It's a place where people challenge convention while building meaningful work together."
With more than 16 years of experience building and scaling organic search, GEO, and GenAI solutions for leading enterprise brands, Michell joins Klick’s growing Media team after almost nine years at Omnicom Media (formerly Kinesso and Reprise, under IPG Mediabrands). As VP, Head of Experience, he led a multi-disciplinary team with a proven track record of growing and future-proofing service offerings. Michell is a keynote speaker on SEO and AI, and brings deep expertise in technical SEO, AI-driven discovery, and conversion rate optimization.
"I joined Klick because of its deep health expertise and genuine innovation; where technology, human behavior, and bold thinking come together in service of something that truly matters,” Michell explained. “I'm energized by the opportunity to help shape how health brands connect with the people who need them most, and to do it alongside some of the best minds in the industry."
STACKING KLICK’S INNOVATION AND OMNICHANNEL TEAMS
Managing Director, Products Jenna Mitby-Manning also signaled Klick’s growing focus in developing innovative tools and products for life sciences clients by announcing the arrival of veteran healthcare ventures leader Jared Hawkins, while Stephanie D’Agostino, Managing Director, Omnichannel Enablement, welcomed two notable additions to her team: Erin Kendrick Rebholz, a seasoned expert in healthcare data platforms and solutions, and Sandeep Wadhwa a recognized leader in healthcare-focused analytics and insights.
Jared Hawkins, MMSc, PhD, SVP, Product & Capability Incubation
Hawkins joins Klick to lead product incubation across AI- and data-enabled initiatives. A repeat healthcare founder, he co-founded Circulation, a digital health platform later acquired by LogistiCare, and Empassion Health, an Oxeon Venture Studio company focused on advanced illness and end-of-life care. Earlier, he spent more than a decade at Boston Children’s Hospital (first in its Innovation group, where he helped create Vaccines.gov and Global.health; and later as Senior Director, Enterprise Data, Analytics & Reporting), leading the hospital’s enterprise data strategy. He holds an MMSc in Biomedical Informatics from Harvard Medical School and a PhD in Immunology from Tufts University.
“I’ve spent my career building things in healthcare that people actually use,” Hawkins said. “Klick is one of the few places ambitious enough to build for where the industry is going, not just where it is, and to turn early ideas across AI, data, and healthcare into products that drive real-world impact.”
Erin Kendrick Rebholz, SVP, Data Platforms & Solutions
Rebholz has over two decades of experience in healthcare data strategy, digital transformation, and data product development. At Klick, she leads the strategy and delivery of enterprise data architecture, advanced analytics platforms, and AI-ready data capabilities, building modern data ecosystems that power omnichannel engagement, real-world evidence, predictive modeling, and connected patient experiences. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at McKesson and consulting roles within pharma, payer, and government sectors. Rebholz holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master's in Data Science from Harvard University, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Brown University.
"Data is only as powerful as the decisions it enables. At Klick, I'm excited to help life sciences clients turn complex data ecosystems into real, meaningful impact for patients," she said.
Sandeep Wadhwa, VP, Analytics and Insights
With over 20 years of industry experience spanning technology and data consulting, the past decade dedicated to marketing science and analytics, Wadhwa has deep expertise in applying marketing and data science principles to measure and optimize marketing investments. He joined Klick after almost five years at Kinesso and Reprise (IPG Mediabrands) and has worked with category-leading brands, including Abbott and Nestlé. Wadhwa recently served as a jury member for the 2026 I-Com Data Creativity Awards.
"Klick's innovative, award-winning work and impressive growth trajectory drew me in,” he said. “I joined to continue my journey in marketing measurement and to help create meaningful impact through my craft. Reflecting on everything I've learned in just a few months here, I only wish I had found Klick earlier in my career."
