Based in Lexington, Kentucky, UK HealthCare uses MyChart to power electronic health records and provide patients a single point for accessing their health information across its academic medical center, four hospital locations, more than 80 specialized clinics and hundreds of outreach programs. By launching Gozio’s wayfinding solution for MyChart, the health system aims to further improve patient experience through guidance that takes patients from their front door to the point of care—all inside the digital ecosystem they already use to manage their health.
