The I-956F approval is a significant milestone under the current EB-5 program, reflecting USCIS’ review and approval of the project’s business plan, economic methodology, capital structure, and job creation projections. For investors, the approval provides an additional level of confidence in the project’s compliance with program requirements and its readiness to move forward under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act framework.

Located in a designated Rural TEA, Alpine 93/40 is a hospitality and residential development designed to meet growing demand for luxury accommodations and lifestyle-driven real estate in the Whitefish market. The project is expected to create more than 483 jobs, providing a 27% job creation buffer above the minimum required for EB-5 investors. The offering is structured for a total of 38 EB-5 investors, with a limited number of positions remaining available.

Construction on Phase I commenced on June 16, 2025, and is currently more than 59% complete, with substantial completion projected for December 15, 2026. Phase II of the development is expected to begin in Q4 of this year.

“This is an important milestone for Alpine 93/40 and a compelling opportunity for investors ahead of the approaching September 30 filing deadline,” said Nicholas Mastroianni III, President and Chief Marketing Officer at U.S. Immigration Fund. “With I-956F approval secured and construction progressing on schedule, Alpine 93/40 offers investors the opportunity to participate in a Rural EB-5 project with strong momentum and priority processing eligibility.”

The project is being developed by KIBO Group, a nationally recognized real estate development and investment firm with extensive hospitality and mixed-use experience throughout the United States.

“We are proud to reach this milestone alongside U.S. Immigration Fund,” said Alberto Valner, President and Founder of KIBO Group. “Whitefish continues to emerge as one of the country’s premier destination markets, and Alpine 93/40 is well positioned to deliver long-term value to both the community and investors.”

USIF also recognizes the contributions of its immigration, economics, and securities counsel and industry partners whose guidance and collaboration supported the project’s successful USCIS review and approval process, including Dan Lundy of Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law), Evans, Carroll & Associates, INC, and Paul Hastings LLP.
