RealManage Appoints Jose Costa as Chief Executive Officer, Positioning the Company for Its Next Chapter of Growth

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RealManage, one of the country’s leading community association management companies, announced today the appointment of Jose Costa as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding interim CEO Carl Liebert. Liebert will continue to support RealManage as a member of the company’s Board of Directors and as a Partner at RealManage’s sponsor, American Securities.

For more than 30 years, Costa has led customer-focused, multi-location service organizations, including Bojangles, For Eyes, Driven Brands, and Burger King. Most recently, as CEO and board member of Whistle Express, he scaled the company from 45 to 530 units in four years, building one of the largest express car wash platforms in the United States. His appointment reflects RealManage's deliberate focus on long-term growth, service excellence, and sustained commitment to the communities it serves.
