Ardurra Continues Northeast Expansion with Acquisition of Kelly Engineers

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ardurra Group, Inc. (Ardurra) announced today the acquisition of Kelly Engineers, a Pennsylvania-based municipal engineering and surveying firm serving the Greater Philadelphia area.

This acquisition builds upon Ardurra’s recent expansion into the Northeast with the addition of Remington & Vernick Engineers (RVE), further strengthening the company’s presence and capabilities across the region.

Founded in 1979 and headquartered in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, Kelly Engineers provides engineering and surveying services focused primarily on municipal clients, with additional experience serving private clients. The firm is recognized for its strong local relationships and commitment to responsive, community-focused work.
