Tokenized Stocks, Bonds, and Yield-Bearing Assets Like SpaceX, Apple, Tesla, NVIDIA, and More Are Now Live on Uniswap

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The world is moving onchain, from tokenized equities to yield-bearing assets. Many of these tokens have been available on the Uniswap Protocol, but not widely available on Uniswap products – until now.

Tokenized securities are live on the Uniswap Web App, Wallet, and API. This means users can discover and trade tokenized versions of securities like SpaceX, Apple, Tesla, NVIDIA, and more, directly from Uniswap apps.

Bringing the world’s value onchain

To date, more than $9.1 billion has been swapped in real-world asset pools on the Uniswap Protocol, across over 2.6 million transactions by more than 140k wallets, and that’s a small fraction of what is coming. Equity, fixed income, and yield bearing instruments make up the bulk of global financial assets, and they are moving onchain as more jurisdictions clarify access, and apps integrate them into the surfaces users already trust.

Uniswap as the liquidity layer

To date, the protocol has processed over $4.4T in volume with deep liquidity in crypto assets, and a growing set of tokenized securities. When assets move onchain, they become:

  • Composable. Any wallet, application, or agent can access the same liquidity through the same protocols and APIs. Those assets can be used across DeFi protocols.
  • Available outside market hours. Onchain infrastructure isn’t subject to the same market hours that TradFi operates within.
  • Configurable. Uniswap v4 supports custom pool logic such as allowlists, KYC gates, and dynamic fees.

How to access tokenized securities

Eligible users can discover securities by going to the Explore Page on the Uniswap Web App. Swapping securities works the exact same way as swapping any other token:

  1. Open app.uniswap.org and connect your wallet
  2. Select the asset you’d like to swap
  3. Review and confirm the transaction

Tokenized securities accessible through Uniswap products may be subject to issuer-imposed eligibility requirements, KYC, whitelisting, or jurisdictional restrictions.

For builders and issuers

Builders can integrate tokenized stocks, bonds, and yield bearing assets via the Uniswap API alongside every other asset class on Uniswap. The same liquidity and routing infrastructure that powers wallets, portfolio tools, and trading interfaces today now extends to regulated asset markets. Developers using the Uniswap API don’t need to do anything differently for their users to access tokenized securities.

For issuers, Uniswap v4 hook infrastructure taps into one of the most widely used onchain liquidity networks. v4 hooks support issuer-configured transfer restrictions, allowlists, geographic gates, and dynamic fee structures at the pool level.
