Great Hill Partners Names Lauren Reddy as Head of People

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm that invests in high-growth, disruptive companies, today announced that Lauren Reddy has joined the firm as Head of People.

In this role, Reddy will be responsible for the firm’s people and talent functions, and will partner closely with senior leadership to scale Great Hill’s team and culture in support of its continued growth.

Reddy brings over twenty years of experience advising and leading people and talent strategy. She previously served as Chief Talent Officer at L.E.K. Consulting, where she led the people and talent function for the Americas, and as Managing Director at Accordion, focused on talent and leadership. Most recently, she founded Reddy Consulting & Advisory, where she partnered with private equity firms and portfolio companies on talent strategy, organizational design, and M&A integration.
