Irvine Personal Injury Firm Triples Case Volume and Reports 300% Revenue Gain After Adopting AI Platform

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Moet Law Group, a 40-person personal injury firm based in Irvine, California, saw monthly case closures climb from 30 to 90 and gross settlement revenue grow 300% after adopting EvenUp's AI platform. The firm also reduced the time to produce settlement demand letters from seven days to 30 minutes.

The firm's drafting workflow relied on multiple vendors and took a full week per demand. Attorneys also lacked visibility into client treatment histories, making it difficult to spot gaps in care before insurance adjusters raised them during negotiations.

The firm now uses EvenUp to generate demand letters, track treatment timelines, and prepare for adjuster calls. In one instance, a client continued treatment after an initial demand was filed. Using EvenUp, the team produced a comprehensive supplemental demand incorporating the new billing in under 30 minutes.

"Putting all that information into EvenUp and having it draft a new demand within 30 minutes, we could see the value of the case drastically increase," said Rohan Dosaj, a pre-litigation attorney at the firm. "If I had to do that on my own, it would have taken me maybe a day."

The firm also uses EvenUp's Companion AI assistant during live adjuster calls to verify treatment details, such as injection counts and last dates of care, without interrupting negotiations.

"Companion provides us a sense of trust that we can verify where the information is coming from and allows me, as an attorney, to present that information to the insurance company or defense counsel," Dosaj said.

Moet Law Group was founded eight years ago by Robert Moghadam and Nima Etemadian and operates across California handling pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters.

A 900-Page Medical Record Hid a Six-Figure Detail. An AI Tool Caught It in Seconds.

MINEOLA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Buried inside a 900-page medical file was a detail that could have gone unnoticed for an entire case: a client's prior back surgery and new injury were on opposite sides of the spine, a distinction an insurer could have used to argue the injury wasn't new. Anthony A. Ciaccio, founding partner at Schalk, Ciaccio & Khan, caught it, flagged by Companion™, EvenUp's AI legal assistant. "Companion has helped me open up a whole new avenue of argument in my case that...
