Throughout his career, he has held senior financial leadership positions at innovative technology organizations including Arine, Twin, Cisco Jasper, and Seagate Technology.

His experience spans SaaS, telecommunications, healthcare technology, enterprise infrastructure, and global operations. Carlson has led organizations through funding rounds, strategic transformations, international expansion initiatives, and large-scale operational growth programs.
