Domo Announces Rescheduled Date for First Quarter Fiscal 2027 Earnings Conference Call

SILICON SLOPES, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Domo (NASDAQ: DOMO) today announced that it will release financial results for its first quarter fiscal 2027 (ended April 30, 2026) after market close on Monday, June 15, 2026. The earnings release and conference call were previously scheduled for June 9, 2026.

Domo anticipates that it will require additional time to complete its financial statements. As a result, the company intends to file an NT 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission, in order to secure an extension to June 15, 2026.

As part of the earnings report, the company will host a conference call at 3:00 p.m. (MT) / 5:00 p.m. (ET) to discuss its financial results with the investment community.
