Save the Date: The Association of Related Churches Announces ARC Gather on October 6, 2026

The Association of Related Churches (ARC) has officially announced the date for ARC Gather 2026, inviting pastors and ministry leaders nationwide to join the one-day event on October 6, 2026.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Designed as a space for encouragement, connection, and shared vision, ARC Gather continues the Association of Related Churches’commitment to strengthening ministry leaders through relationships and collaboration. The free event brings pastors and church leaders together regionally while creating opportunities to hear from trusted voices in ministry and connect with others serving in similar roles.

According to ARC, Gather exists to remind leaders that they were never meant to do ministry alone. The event focuses on building meaningful relationships among pastors and ministry teams while offering conversations and leadership insights relevant to the realities of local church ministry.

“Gather is a free, one-day event that brings pastors and ministry leaders together across the nation for encouragement, connection, and shared vision,” ARC shared in its event overview. “It creates space to hear from trusted leaders in your region while building meaningful relationships with others who understand the realities of ministry.”

The Association of Related Churches says Gather has continued to grow as ministry leaders seek opportunities for regional connection and practical encouragement outside larger national conferences. The one-day format is designed to remain accessible for pastors and church teams, balancing busy ministry schedules while still creating intentional space for leadership development and relationship building.

Throughout the event, attendees will participate in leadership conversations, ministry discussions, and networking opportunities centered on topics such as church culture, leadership health, discipleship, team development, communication, and ministry sustainability.

ARC leaders say the relational aspect of Gather remains central to the event’s purpose. By bringing leaders together within their regions, Gather helps create ongoing support systems and ministry relationships that extend beyond the event itself.

The announcement follows ARC Conference 2026 in Charleston, South Carolina, where the Association of Related Churches celebrated 25 years of church planting and ministry partnerships. Since its founding in 2000, ARC has helped launch more than 1,200 churches globally through leadership coaching, strategic support, and church planter resources.
