Alday has been instrumental in building and scaling WilliamsMarston’s healthcare vertical within Transaction Advisory Services, developing a specialized team focused on buy-side and sell-side financial diligence. He serves as a healthcare subject matter specialist across the Firm and helps coordinate broader healthcare go-to-market strategy.

Catherine Deignan – Advisory (New York, NY)
Deignan advises clients on complex transaction and accounting matters, including business combinations, carve-outs and spin-offs, discontinued operations, financing transactions and IPO readiness across multiple industries. She provides technical accounting guidance in areas such as consolidation, impairment analyses, revenue recognition, lease accounting and complex financial instruments.

Matt DelVecchio – Transaction Advisory Services (Boston, MA)
DelVecchio focuses on supporting private equity and corporate clients through acquisitions, divestitures, and recapitalizations, with deep expertise in financial diligence. His expertise includes assessing quality of earnings, cash flow, net working capital and the integrity of financial reporting across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on technology companies.

Jay Reynolds – Valuation (Tucson, AZ)
