Inszone Insurance Services Acquires Legacy Partners Insurance Services, Strengthening Footprint in Southeast Michigan

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national provider of commercial, personal, and benefits insurance, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Legacy Partners Insurance Services. This strategic acquisition further solidifies Inszone's presence in the Midwest, bringing a highly respected, "one-stop shop" agency into the Inszone family.

Founded in 2013 by Joe Graham, Legacy Partners has spent the last decade growing exponentially throughout Southeast Michigan. Operating out of its Harrison Township headquarters, the agency built its reputation on comprehensive service and a close-knit, highly experienced team. Over the years, Graham built the Legacy brand through strategic book acquisitions and a relentless focus on client care across all lines of business, and accelerated Legacy’s growth by making key leadership additions, including Kristie Parrish, Cale Johnson, and Dave Peabody.
