Pure Barre Reintroduces Reform Class, Bringing Pilates-Inspired Resistance Training Back to the Barre

Pure Barre Fan-Favorite Format Returns to Strengthen, Sculpt and Challenge

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pure Barre®, an Xponential Fitness brand and the largest barre brand by number of studios, today announced the national reintroduction of Pure Barre Reform, a premium class format that blends Pilates-inspired movement with the brand’s signature low-impact technique. Back by popular demand, Reform is designed to build strength, improve stability and encourage more intentional movement, offering a fresh way to experience the barre.

"Consumers are looking for workouts that do more than build strength – they want to move in a way that helps them feel balanced, controlled and more connected to their bodies. Pure Barre Reform brings that experience to life."

Pure Barre Reform fuses the best elements of Pure Barre's renowned technique with Pilates movement patterns to deliver a 50-minute, full-body workout centered on resistance, control and coordination. Using sliders and Pure Barre’s unique resistance tube system, the class creates continuous tension from head to toe, helping clients build muscular endurance, enhance body awareness and strengthen the mind-body connection. With larger ranges of motion under tension, clients can challenge balance and stability, using their body as the machine.

“Consumers are looking for workouts that do more than build strength – they want to move in a way that helps them feel balanced, controlled and more connected to their bodies,” said Katelyn DiGiorgio, President of Pure Barre. “Pure Barre Reform brings that experience to life through Pilates-inspired resistance training rooted in the precision, energy and low-impact approach our members know and love. We are excited to reintroduce this fan-favorite class as a meaningful way for longtime members and newcomers alike to build confidence, deepen their practice and continue challenging themselves at the barre.”

Created for people of all ages and fitness levels, Reform offers modifications and progressions, allowing resistance, intensity and range of motion to be adjusted to fit individual needs and goals.

To celebrate the return of Reform, participating studios nationwide will host National Reform Day on Saturday, July 18, featuring classes, in-studio experiences and community-focused activations to welcome members and prospective clients. Each class is led by an expert Pure Barre instructor, trained to safely guide and motivate clients through the workout.

Pure Barre Reform is available now at participating locations and will continue to appear on studio schedules nationwide. For more information about Pure Barre and to find a studio near you, please visit purebarre.com.
