The Commonwealth Exchange Named New Culinary and Beverage Partner of Jacob’s Pillow
LENOX, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Commonwealth Exchange (TCE), a Lenox-based hospitality and food and beverage company focused on elevating guest experiences through thoughtful service and culturally grounded hospitality, has been named the official food, beverage and hospitality partner of Jacob’s Pillow, the internationally renowned dance festival and cultural institution based in the Berkshires.
TCE, who also serves as a proud food and hospitality partner of the Berkshires luxury boutique hotel Doctor Sax House, will debut this collaboration with Jacob’s Pillow as part of the 2026 summer season, bringing fresh offerings and warm hospitality to one of America’s most treasured performing arts destinations.
This partnership marks a new chapter in the evolution of the Jacob’s Pillow dining program, strengthening connections with Berkshire-based businesses and enhancing the experience of spending the day at Jacob’s Pillow. TCE will execute culinary and beverage operations across the campus, including The Pillow Café, festival bars, artist and patron catering and specialty activations inspired by the season’s artistic programming and its spirit of community.
“We’re honored to partner with Jacob’s Pillow, an institution that has inspired artists and audiences around the world for nearly a century,” said Kelly Binder, Founder of The Commonwealth Exchange. “At TCE, we believe hospitality is an extension of culture; it has the power to deepen connection, enrich experience, and amplify mission. Together with Jacob’s Pillow, we’ll craft moments that nourish as profoundly as the performances that define this historic festival.”

Their work spans partnerships with cultural institutions, creative organizations, and mission-driven workplaces, always with a focus on thoughtful guest engagement and meaningful food and beverage experiences.
“We’re investing in creating an exciting and fulfilling experience for our patrons,” says Pamela Tatge, Executive and Artistic Director at Jacob’s Pillow. “From an expanded, more diverse menu at The Café, to a thoughtfully curated and innovative beverage program, every detail is designed to elevate the experience while making it more seamless and efficient for our patrons. We are thankful for this local partnership and the opportunities it will bring to create fresh and healthy new menus for our visitors.”
