Talica Expands its High-Purity Capabilities with the Acquisition of Sieber Industrial

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Talica is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sieber Industrial, an Ayden, North Carolina based provider of specialty high purity fabrication, ASME code repairs, surface treatments, and field services supporting biotech, pharmaceutical, data center, and other highly regulated and mission critical markets.

Sieber brings deep expertise in:

• High-purity system fabrication and repair
• ASME code welding and modifications
• Mechanical polishing and electropolishing
• Field execution within cGMP environments

With a strong reputation for quality, responsiveness, and technical execution, Sieber has supported mission-critical systems across leading biotech and pharmaceutical facilities.

Sieber operates specially equipped, large-scale and high-bay shop facilities with controlled environments supporting repair and fabrication processes. These facilities provide Talica with uniquely engineered space to support pre-installation passivation and high-velocity flushing of liquid colling piping systems to support mission-critical customers, delivering integrated shop and field services.

Sieber will continue to operate under its established name and leadership, now with the added resources and reach of the Talica platform.

Operating under ASME/NBBI certifications for several Code Stamps, the Sieber team delivers the quality, responsiveness, and technical execution required for mission-critical work in regulated environments.
