Firm to implement hands-on management, tenant-focused programming and amenity activation at the Class A tower following recent repositionings of landmark Atlanta office properties

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CP Group, a prominent owner-operator of office properties throughout the Sunbelt, today announced it has been appointed as the third-party property manager and leasing advisor for 55 Allen Plaza, the 14-story Class-A office tower located at 55 Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard NW in Downtown Atlanta. The assignment adds to CP Group's expansive Atlanta portfolio and brings the firm's signature tenant-centric management approach to this premier office address.

As a first step in revitalizing the office tower, CP Group has selected Zach Wooten, Stephen Clifton, and Payton Maxheimer with Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive leasing agents for the project.

CP Group also plans to develop new move-in-ready office spec suites as part of the firm’s portfolio-wide worCPlaces program. These additions will complement the property’s existing available spec suites, ranging from 2,500 to 5,000 square feet.
