“Persistent uncertainty, rising fuel costs and evolving regulatory requirements continue to put pressure on shippers to drive efficiency across their supply chains,” said Ben Enriquez, CEO, Transport Capacity Services. “Adding Vincent and Chris to our board of directors will be invaluable as we accelerate growth and expand our capabilities to better support customers across the U.S. and Mexico. Together, we are advancing more reliable and technology-driven freight solutions that help shippers navigate regulatory and operational challenges, control costs and unlock new efficiencies.”

Chiodo is a seasoned leader with more than 30 years of experience in transportation and logistics. He most recently served as chief commercial officer at FragilePAK and previously held the role of head of transportation management sales, strategic accounts at Uber Freight. Prior to that, he spent more than 17 years at Transplace, where he served as chief commercial officer, leading sales strategy and revenue growth across North America. Throughout his career, Chiodo has built and led high-performing teams while delivering customer-focused transportation management and SaaS-based logistics solutions.

Nester brings extensive financial leadership experience across high-growth, technology-driven organizations. He currently serves as chief financial officer at Planview and previously held CFO roles at FinThrive and Transplace, in addition to senior finance positions at Sabre Corp. While at Transplace, he played a key role in scaling the business, which ultimately led to its acquisition by Uber Freight.

“Both Vincent and Chris were key in scaling Transplace to more than $15 billion in freight under management,” stated Frank McGuigan, former Transplace CEO and current executive chairman of TCS. “Their focus, energy and insight were critical in developing what was once the most dominant shipper platform in the industry.”

“I’m excited to join the TCS board at a time when supply chains are undergoing significant transformation,” said Chiodo. “TCS has built a strong reputation in cross-border and multimodal transportation, and I look forward to working with Ben Enriquez and Frank McGuigan again to support the company’s commitment to helping businesses simplify and streamline cross-border logistics.”

“Cross-border logistics can be complex and unpredictable,” added Nester. “TCS is well-positioned to meet growing demand for flexible, AI-enabled solutions. I’m excited to contribute my experience in support of the company’s strategic and financial objectives as it continues to scale and invest in its people, network and technology. These investments will help further customers adapt to market changes, manage risk and stay ahead of what’s next.”
