Le Creuset and Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection Launch Three-Part Culinary Series Connecting Field to Craft

“Chef’s Atelier” Blends Seasonal Foraging, Chef-Led Instruction and Immersive Dining

CHARLESTON, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Le Creuset, the iconic French cookware brand celebrated for its craftsmanship and colorful cookware, and Wildflower Farms, Auberge Collection, a luxury resort in New York’s Hudson Valley, today announce Chef’s Atelier, an immersive three-part culinary series designed to inspire, educate and elevate everyday cooking. Available exclusively to guests, sessions will be hosted by some of the country’s most inspiring chefs as they lead attendees through an immersive exploration of the farm’s seasonal produce using Le Creuset’s renowned cookware.

Set on the property’s thriving, year-round 6-acre farm that produces an intentional selection of fruits, vegetables, and herbs, Chef’s Atelier will debut with Chef Hillary Sterling of Ci Siamo in collaboration with Wildflower Farms’ culinary team. Across the farm, guests will explore and forage the very ingredients that will become the centerpiece of their meals.

Rooted in Le Creuset’s century-long commitment to craftsmanship and culinary education, each session guides attendees through proper techniques for using the brand’s full range of cookware - from stainless steel fry pans to enameled cast iron braisers and Dutch ovens. Paired with expert instruction from chefs leading the most coveted restaurants, participants will gain hands-on experience in foundational skills such as knife work, sautéing, and braising, leaving the kitchen inspired and confident.

Each Chef’s Atelier experience includes:

  • Guided foraging of the farm co-led by Wildflower Farms’ Farm Director and the guest chef, connecting guests to the freshest seasonal ingredients.
  • A Chef-led cooking demonstration at Maplehouse, the property’s dedicated culinary venue.
  • Hands-on instruction with Le Creuset cookware, utilizing existing and newly launched products.
  • A shared lunch featuring ingredients foraged from the farm and the dish prepared during Chef’s demonstration.
  • An intimate dinner on Maple Lane, featuring a menu inspired by our guest Chef.
  • Overnight accommodations at Wildflower Farms.

“Partnering with Wildflower Farms to launch Chef’s Atelier underscores our commitment to elevating culinary skills, celebrating seasonal ingredients and fostering connection over the shared joy of food,” said Nate Collier, Senior Director of Brand and Culinary Marketing at Le Creuset. “Attendees will learn how to use our products to their full potential while gaining insight from some of the most talented chefs in the industry, leaving with a newfound sense of confidence in the kitchen.”

“Wildflower Farms is a true chef’s playground, where they can put their hands in soil and deepen their connection to the land,” says Kristin Soong Rapoport, Co-Owner of Wildflower Farms. “We are excited to create an immersive experience with Le Creuset, inviting guests to engage in culinary discovery and creativity alongside their favorite chefs.”

Event Dates:

  • June 28, 2026 – Inaugural session led by Chef Hillary Sterling
  • September 3, 2026 – Late-Summer session (Chef to be announced)
